Annual Yuletide Craft Fair

To accommodate even more vendors, we will be holding this event at the Sevierville Civic Center.

Vendors may share their vending table, but may not purchase more than one of the table options provided.

Event Overview
- Event begins at 11am on December 16th and ends at 7pm.
- Setup begins at 9:00 am - NO EARLY SETUP ALLOWED
- Vendors will be placed according to a preexisting floor plan.
- Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.
- Vendors must be out of the building no later than 8:00pm.

Application & Payment (read carefully)
- Vending applications will be accepted until November 3rd, 2017
- Applications will be reviewed by PPET organizers and must meet organizer's approval.
- Approved vendors will be issued a PayPal invoice via e-mail by November 6th.
- Fees for approved vendors must be paid no later than 11:59pm on Sunday, November 12th.

- All invoices and payments are through PayPal. (credit/debit included)
- Unpaid invoices will be cancelled on November 13th and the vendor will be ineligible to participate.
- Vendors who cancel after November 15th will forfeit any fees paid.
- Failure to pay or cancellation without good cause may affect future participation opportunities.

Setup & Vending
- Vendors may begin setting up at 9:00am (no early setup allowed, no exceptions).
- Item donations (part of the vending fee) will be collected during setup by a PPET board member.
- Vendors who arrive after 11:30am will be turned away without a fee refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
- No tape, nails, adhesives, etc. may be attached to the walls.
- Items must be kept on or behind the table indoors to prevent guests from tripping
- Vendors are responsible for the safety of their items and "manning" their tables.
- Vendors are expected to leave their area clean and in good condition after the event.
- Vendors must begin breaking down at 6:30pm and all veding items out of the building no later than 7:30 pm.
- No adult items, weapons, or alcohol may be sold.
- All food/drink or direct sales (Avon, Jamberry, etc.) must have written permission from PPET prior to the event.

Release of Liability
- We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or participation to this event with or without reason.
- Anyone causing disturbance will be asked to leave and may be barred from future events.
- Pagan Pride of East Tennessee, its members, and Sevierville Civic Center are not responsible for damage, theft, injury, or loss at this event in any way. Participants assume all responsibility.
