• A deposit for no less than 50% of the sponsored amount must be paid upon registration as a sponsor.
• Remaining balance must be paid by June 1 or payment arrangements made with coordinators.
• Payments must be approved and are a minimum of $25 per month.
• Sponsors who fail to uphold their payment arrangement will be considered in breach of contract.
• Such vendors will have their sponsorship cancelled and refused entry at vending events.
• Should PPET have to cancel a sponsorship for non-payment, all fees paid prior to cancellation will be
retained by PPET and the vendor will forfeit any further benefits or services gained from sponsorship.
All vendor sponsors benefit from early registration for all events. A link to the registration will be sent
approximately one week prior to registration opening to the public. Sponsors may NOT share this link with others.
All sponsorship ads, logos, text, etc. must be received within 30 days of pledge.
